From Houston/Galveston:

Take I-10 West to the Barker-Cypress exit and go left over freeway and travel south on Barker-Cypress for 1/2 mile. The road will turn right and become Kingsland Blvd. Continue for approximately 1 mile and turn left on Baker Rd. (3rd street on left). Travel 1 1/4 miles until you see the CBMCI building on your right.

From Katy:

Take I-10 east and exit South Greenhouse Road. Take South Greenhouse to Kingsland, turn left on Kingsland and then right onto Baker Road and drive about 1 mile until you see the CBMCI building on your right.
